Daimler Chrysler, a car and truck manufacturer, renewed its lease for the 302,970-square-foot industrial building at 6500 Huber Road in Detroit, MI. It will fully occupy the property for another four years.

The one-story structure was constructed in 2004. Detroit is about 9 miles east of Dearborn.

Brian Piergentili and Jason Cotton of UGL Services represented the tenant. Mark Dadabbo of Huber Manchester Investments LLC represented the landlord internally.
