Holt, MI-based auto supply management company Dakkota Integrated Systems leased 40,660 square feet at 6635 Sterling Dr. in Sterling Heights, MI.
The space will be an addition to the company’s current Michigan locations, which include Rochester Hills, Brownstown Township and its headquarters in Holt, according to CoStar information. Dakkota is expected to move into the Sterling Heights space at the start of 2014.
The other half of the 81,225-square-foot building remains available for lease with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
Jack Coury, Christopher Dowell and Daniel Canvasser of Newmark represented the landlord in the deal, while Coury and Rob Hughes, also of Newmark, represented the tenant.
