Larson Realty Group LLC of Bloomfield Hills, MI sold the property following seven weeks in escrow. Larson Realty owns a number of other properties in southeastern Michigan, though 301 Liberty was their only property in Ann Arbor, according to CoStar information.
Delivered in 1986, the seven-story, 86,000-square-foot, class A office building sits between Ann Arbor’s bustling Main St. and the University of Michigan campus, in the Washtenaw County West of 23 submarket, at the northeast corner of S. Fifth Ave.
Michael Giraud of Swisher Commercial negotiated the sale on behalf of Larson, and was the sole broker in the deal.
