Hi-Vol Products LLC, a manufacturer of specialized cold-formed and precision machined parts, leased 34,100 square feet in the facility at 11813 Hubbard St. in Livonia, MI.

The 34,100-square-foot industrial building was constructed in 1979 and completed renovation initiatives in 2010. Livonia is approximately 20 miles northwest of Detroit.

Tony Avendt and Tom Oldham of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, Stevens-Hubbard LLC. Representation for the tenant was not disclosed.
