The behind Dubai’s Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE) residential development said that handover of properties is set to begin in the fourth quarter of this year.

The project is located along the emirate’s Sheikh Mohammed bin and overlooks two PGA standard golf courses designed by sporting legend Greg Norman.

JGE said that 160 three and four-bedroom villas at its community would be delivered to owners in Q4, with a further 99 being handed over at neighbouring the following quarter.

Other communities within JGE, located between Green Community and Dubai Sports City, include , Fireside, , , , Sanctuary Falls and Wildflower. Each one is set alongside one of two 18-hole golf courses, named Earth and Fire.

“There are 12 more upcoming communities surrounded by world-class golf courses which will firmly establish Dubai as a golfing haven and JGE as one of the region’s most attractive sporting and leisure destinations. In a couple of months we expect to begin handover of Flame Tree Ridge to sustain the momentum of JGE’s to fame in luxury residential golfing,” commented Yousif Kazim, general manager, JGE.
