Chicago-based HSA PrimeCare, the health care property division of HSA Commercial Real Estate, acquired the Michigan Orthopedic Center within St. Joseph Mercy Hospital’s Ann Arbor campus in Ypsilanti, MI.

The campus comprises of 340 acres and the Orthopedic Center at 5315 Elliott Drive is 86,125 square feet. Currently, the medical office building is 98 percent leased with St. Joseph Health Care System occupying 25 percent and the remaining space utilized by orthopedic specialists.

Lee Asher of CBRE represented Michigan Orthopedic Center, the seller, and Jon Boley of HSA Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
