AR Capital, a New York City-based investment firm, purchased the retail building at 34899 Groesbeck Highway in Clinton Township, MI, from R Michigan Properties LLC for $5.4 million, or $359 per square foot.

Built in 2002, the structure comprises of 15,189 square feet.

Chris Hansen of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, and Darpan Patel of the same brokerage represented the buyer.
