TG Fluid Systems USA signed a lease to occupy the 50,453-square-foot industrial building at 1055 Packard Drive in Howell, MI. The tenant is a designer and manufacturer of custom thermoplastic tubing assemblies for multiple types of automotive systems.Constructed in 2001, the property is currently labeled by CoStar as Phase II Building II of the Trans West Industrial Center. It was developed by DeMattia Group, which also owns the property. The structure features four loading docks equipped with levelators and two drive-in bays. The interior of the building has a clear height measurement of 25 feet.
